Abuse prevention education can help change sport culture. It empowers athletes, coaches, and others in the sport community to recognize, prevent, and respond to abuse. Our online courses will help you get the information and practical skills you need to create a safe, supportive sport environment.

The Virgin Islands Swimming Federation is proud to offer free SafeSport Training to all our atheletes. Please use the button below to activate your account and complete your courses. We have opened Access for the SafeSport for Kids (Ages 5-12) & SafeSport for Youth Athletes (Ages 13-17) courses.
SAFESPORT® FOR YOUTH ATHLETES (AGES 13-17) This course focuses on bullying and hazing prevention, supporting friends who have experienced sexual abuse or misconduct, and resources for reporting. Requires parental consent for registration.
SAFESPORT® FOR KIDS (AGES 5-12) This course educates young athletes ages 5–12 about the difference between discipline and abuse and encourages them to reach out to a trusted adult when something is not right. It also stresses the importance of being a good teammate, positive sportsmanship, and having a healthy sport environment focused on fun and safety. Requires parental consent for registration.
